Can someone tell me why my mortgage is not showing up on my credit report, or do I have to reaffirm the loan.
I discharged in Feb 09.
Fellow forumers I now need your 2cents.
Was it a Chapter 7 or 13?
My husband & I were discharged from a Chapter 13 in 2/09. Since the loan is in his name, it shows on his report - with a notation that it was iib.
