I was told by my mortgage company US Bank in July they would re report our payments and account on our CBs since they had deleted it when we filed BK earlier that month. I still haven't seen the account on any of our CBs so I can't even dispute the account stating it SHOULD be reporting. I called US Bank today to inquire what the deal was, they claimed that they sent the request to the CBs and that they had denied their request to re report our account. I asked if it was one or all three, and the guy couldn't tell me. He said to just call each one and ask if they did it.. Has anyone else had this situation with trying to get their account re reporting? any tips?
