My Post BK7 Credit Score

My post BK7 credit score kinda suprised me... 654. My attorney gave me my pre-BK7 score and it was 677. 

I'm a little suprised that it dropped so little. I got my discharge not even a month ago. I've been approved for a 300 credit line with Credit One without ANY deposit. Time to start re-building. (also, I reaffirmed my auto-loan, which is actually myself don't really pay, it's in my name and I drive it but it's more actually paid by my fiance) 

I never had a single late payment before my BK, I got my BK in before that happened so I think that worked in my favor. No student loans. No mortage. My hike to a 700 score is only around 50 points away.

how come you filed if you havent had a late payment etc?

I could only make my minimum payments. And barely, often borrowing money. I had the option to file bankruptcy and rebuild or spent 30 years making minimum payments... Easy decision.
