NASAFCU car loan chapter 7

does anyone know how long NASAFCU takes to come pick up the car?  I filed in April, MOC was in May and they filed for a motion for relief of stay on the same day as my MOC.  Do most banks let you know before they come pick up the car with a date?

Some do.Maybe they're waiting until the DC has been issued so they dont break any BK laws. Credit unions march to their own drums.

I don't think the value of the car is even worth their time but we'll see.  I've heard stories of how most credit unions do cross collateral with personal loans and auto loans I'm surprised that this CU doesn't.
