NFCU account restricted because of EWS?! Update

I opened NFCU and I'm in an active CH13. They even let me be an authorized user on spouses cc. Only thing I've noticed is when I sign in there's a disclaimer they are providing account information for informational purposes only and is not an attempt to collect a debt. Husband doesn't get that when he signs in. It's an individual BK

Has anyone ever dealt with EWS or Keybank on an issue like this? It was a huge pain in the butt dealing with keybank when the card was blocked. Because it opened online and labeled as fraud, the bank manager had to contact a special department that never seemed to be available.
