Any suggestions or experience? Im 1 week out of Ch 7. Discharge. all reports clean just got approved for the C1 platinum...I am a member of USAA and I can gain membership over at NFCU. Which is the better pick for a credit product? Scores 553 eqi (was 600 and my disputed info was corrected and i took hard plunge) 587 exp 569 tu.
Im debating the credit builder loan double play option with my CU. im deciding should i proceed with CU NFCU or USAA. Thoughts?
how long have you been with USAA? if you have a history and you like them, stick with it. With that said, I have heard almost nothing but good about NFCU as well. Nothing wrong with joining both? I currently have three diffrenet bank accounts - BofA, local CU and NFCU....each have their purpose.

My father was in the military so I just joined USAA as a household member last week ..bother is in Navy so I was thinking of joining...Like your self i have multiple banking accounts really dont need anthor checking with nothing in it (lol) I bank with WF chase and Citi and aspire fcu..of course I LOVE chase and citi but they cant really do anything for me..The banking is just easier..despise Wells Fargo in my area WF should stand for what the F#*) however my employer banks with them and they seem to be more BK friendly after a short time than the other two big banks..
Like you said.....Citi and Chase are worthless to you now. NFCU is the place to be for us people. Since you can easily obtain membership, I don't see why you shouldn't. The credit card limits alone make it the card to get.....I was waiting and waiting to get a pre-approval from Capt 1, but now I'm aiming for NFCU and Barclays are my cards and screw Cap 1 since it won't grow with me. NFCU may be a valuable partner if later you are looking at other loans....
I have nothing bad to say about NFCU. I love love love them! I have my checking with direct deposit, 2 savings, 2 credit cards, and a Roth IRA. I solely use them because they are willing to give me a chance while not many other creditors would. Go with navy, you wont regret it!

Lmao!!! Don't make it harder to stay in the garden! For some reason I'm stuck on being stubborn and will probably app for an auto loan in Oct, and nfcu will be my first stop which should be obvious lol
