Pacer isn't reflecting anything yet? Objection to discharge was due yesterday and my discharge day is supposed to be today. When should I expect a pacer update?
So I noticed with mine that even though the objection to discharge was due one day, the discharge didn't actually happen until a week later and that's when PACER reflected the discharge. Maybe that will be the case for yours too?
The above is correct. Once it hits the date. The judge signs the DC, or in my case, someone stamped the judges signature. Then it is uploaded by the file clerks in the courthouse and then PACER sees it. Maybe by weeks end. Depends where you live. My BK was in Orlando. So pretty large city. Smaller towns faster.
