Wait until discharge. Read your attorney retainer agreement there probably is a paragraph about not obtaining new credit and discussing financial moves with the attorney prior to making any such move.

 

The trustee is in control of your financial estate right now during the pendancy of your Bk. Get your discharge in hand before you apply for any credit. 90 to 120 days without credit is not going to hurt your recovery at all. In fact, it will help with your overall recovery plan.

No me. I feared retribution from the trustee and my attorney. I am not a gambler ... are you? I don't recommend it for what its worth.
