Did it fall off on the "anniversary" of the filing (sooner) or the discharge (later)?
This was one of my first BK questions, too.
The good news is that BK's age off from the filing date:
CH 7 BK's age off 10 years after filing.
Discharged CH 13 BK's age off 7 years after filing.
Dismissed CH 13 BK's age off 7 years after filing on EX and TU; 10 years after filing on EQ.
