Question regarding bankruptcy discharge, is this an error?

First of all sorry if this is a dumb question but I really hope this is an error.  I filed ch13 on 7/29/09. Payed off in 2/2014.  I just pulled my credit report today and the bankruptcy is no longer showing under TransUnion or Experian but it's still there under Equifax. I went back to look at my report I pulled in May and noticed that under TransUnion and Experian it says discharged but under Equifax it states dismissed/closed. I don't understand how one says dismissed and the others say discharged. Is this an error how do I fix it? I was so hoping this would come off my credit report as I've finally decided to buy a house.  Pleases any help is appreciated. Thanks!

A chapter 13 BK should fall off after 7 years from your filing date. In my opinion, if you were discharged, and Equifax is not reporting as such, then that is an error. Probably best to just dispute it have it removed at this point.

If you were indeed discharged, just submit a dispute and have it removed. At worst you may have to get a copy of your discharge for proof. Good luck!

Ok one more question, so Equifax just sent me the results today. It states my report has been updated to dismissed/discharged/satisfied/release. Will it be removed from my credit report soon or do I have to contact them again to ask them to remove it? Again thank you so much for your help.

Ok never mind guys. I just called to speak with a representative and it has been removed! Woohoo!!! I even checked my credit report and it is gone! Again Thank You!
