Hi All Marks/Morgan jewlers are reporting me as a charge off. The debt was reaffirmed and paid in full . Can they legally do this. My opinion is a charge off is when intreat or pricipal was charged off the account. My credit score by the way was better before i submitted disputes so be careful. It takes seconds for them to destroy you and months to yrs for them to correct your bureau. Thanks art
