I officially filed last week. I stopped making payments two weeks before.
From my understanding my creditors will be allowed to report my first 30 days late payments soon, right?
my atty is not concerned in the least so asking here. He told me do not make payments at all but I'd prefer to keep making all minimum payments to keep it current until discharge???
I had a great attorney who took care of everything, but here goes...
I visited his office on March 31st, signed my paperwork, and my 13 was filed on April 4th. I asked at my meeting on March 31st whether to make any more payments and he said no. I didn't; and my accounts just show the BK status date of April 4th and no late.
This was in 2017. The best decision I ever made.

Nice, congrats. Where are you now credit score wise?
I am similar in the terms of speed; met and a week later officially filed on May 27. Maybe that's why my atty wasn't that concerned. I thought at first my score wasn't impacted much because I saw the BK reported but today it's down to 580 lol

If your petition has been filed, then you are now under absolutely no obligation to make any more payments. You are now under court protection and shouldn't worry about making any more payments, minimum or otherwise.

You're done making payments. The accounts are going to report INCLUDED IN BANKRUPTCY.
Don't waste your time trying to "keep it current." It doesn't matter. Damage is done.

Hi! My FIco8s are at EX 690 EQ 702 TU 688. I got my DC 3 years 8 months into a 5 year plan. An increase in salary enabled me to bump my case up to 100 percent and get my DC early. It was indeed fortuitous. I got a further big salary increase after DC, and with no debt and no interest, I've managed to build up some good savings. It was the interest that was killing me. I was drowning and was never going to catch up.
Rebuilding was not the nightmare I thought it would be. Cap One approved me for a Platinum with a CL of $3000 mere days after my DC. Then I received an invite from OLLO...took it. $2500 CL. Then I applied for a secured card from BOA and TD. Both graduated 6-7 months later.
When I first sat down in my attorney's office, I thought it was the end of the world. I was wrong...it was a new beginning.
I was initially in a 70 percent plan, but bumped it up to 100 percent and got my DC. WELL WORTH the additional monies.
You can do it.
