Student loan due dates immediately after discharge

I was discharged less than a week ago and mohela the servicer of my federal student loans already has set a due date for next week. It hasn't even been 15 days let alone 30. The loan was in forbearance during ch7. 

Is it normal for bills to be due so soon after discharge?

This sounds like a great question for your attorney.  I would also recon and ask them to work with you on it.

Yes, consult your lawyer. However, Like basically everyone else, your student loans are not dischargable unless under rare extreme circumstances e.g. "undue hardship". When the automatic stay lifted post discharge your payments and any collections now resume.
