Student loans IIB petition...

And now they are showing as derogatory accounts. I am current with all of my student loans except for a late from a few years ago, now ALL of my student loans (which show as several different tradelines) are showing as petitioned for BK. I know those won’t even be discharged, will the IIB status drop when this is over?

Yes the IIB will fall off on student loan accounts a few months after discharge. It took a few months for my accounts to be updated...on both closed and open accounts.

What do they look like when they update? I make my last payment next week on my chapter 13 and my student loans will be the only thing left on my credit report minus the three cards I am an authorized user for under my wife. They all say included in bankruptcy or petitioned for bankruptcy 13 under the notes section.
