Just another update to my thread to report some post-BK Synchrony approvals. 6 months after discharge, we were approved for Amazon, JCP, and Lowe's.
Thank you very much for sharing!

Add one more to the list - Walmart also approved me at 6 months post-dc with $1,100 limit.
I had Amazon and Wal-Mart charge-offs in 2012 filed BK on the accounts in 2015 discharged 9 months ago and was approved for small 400 and 250 limits tonight.
It took me a year after discharge to get a synchrony card. I have both Amazon and Walmart, $800 and $700 respectively. I didn't burn any credit cards in my BK7.
I had 7 cards with bals (2 that were zero) for a total of 20k burned, so i've given up on them letting me back in anytime soon. For giggles (and a waisted HP), I tried for Walmart last month. I didn't get an instant denial, and when I got the response, it was only a denial for the BK, nothing else. I figure I'll try next year.
@Anonymous wrote:So, for anyone who has been able to get approved after discharge, I ask:
1) Which card(s)? Amazon
2) How long after discharge? 2 yrs + (previously denied <12 mos, <18 months)
3) Did you include any Synchrony accounts in your BK7? Yes
Thanks in advance for any info! Not a problem, it's my duty to share with all that I've gain from the knowledge of other members!
I thought PayPal was Comenity Bank and not Synchrony.
