i have my ch7 dc june 7th 2016 

burned synch bank with many cards 

applied for Gap card but was denied with this answer: BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDING, CREDIT COUNSELING OR CREDITOR SETTLEMENT

i did not include gap in my bk 

score TU 656

You have to wait for your credit reports to update to reflect the recent discharge. At this point it looks as though you are still in a BK.

that is how it shows in my credit 

i was able to get personal loan 1000$ and 3000$ credit card with local CU and 300 lendup card with same report ..

i think they blacklist me since i included them with about 13 accounts and 25000$ debt in total just with synchrony ..
