There Has to be Someone that has an Effective Method to Dispute Charge Offs with Original Creditor.

Hello:

I am trying to find the best methond to disputing Charge offs with original creditors.  The accounts were labeled as included in BK.  Then EQ updated with charge offs.  Now I need to get those off.

Creditors:

Providian

and

HSBC

If you have had success please help me.

Why do you feel you need to dispute these COs off of your CRs if they were IIBK? Are they reporting balances? If so, it shouldn't matter so long as the COs are reported as IIBK.
