Terrible news.  It means scumbag JDBs don't have to abide the same laws as CAs.  

Some state laws will still keep pond sucking scum JDBs at bay but this is going to create a lot of havoc for people with debts sold to knuckledraggers.

Interesting indeed. This is why we as consumers need to keep in the know. It is terrible that companies like Midland prey off of consumer ignorance.
