Does they monthly updating of accounts IIB negatively effect your FICO score? If it is a violation of the permanent injunction to report derogatory information after the discharge date of the bankruptcy isn't updating this derogatory information aka the account being included in bankruptcy also violation of the injunction?

I am having the same issue with Sallie Mae. They were included in my Ch. 13 BK and every month they report me as 30 days or more late, even though I've been making on-time payments to them since 1996. It is only happening on my TransUnion. Hopefully someone will jump in and let us know the answer.

I am having the same problem with my credit report. Some credit reporting agencies show some account included some do not. Closed dates differ as well removal dates differ. spouse and I filed bk13, repayments were getting difficult to continue the repay schedule, dismissed 10 mths later. would we be opening a can of worms to get all 3 credit reporting agencies to have the same dates of charged off closed and removal dates. All cc accts are passed the 3yr limitations that is the statue of limitation point in NC, in which cc companies can come after you. realistically what would be the highest fico score on could have with bk13 showing? I wouldn't dispute for date changes. It has been my experience that, at least with EQ, when I disputed the dates EQ updated the accounts my score went down even though they changed the dates . It seems that EQ uses the reporting date as the status date and this will have an effect on your score. I spoke with the very helpful people at myFICO and they confirmed this. So unless there is a big difference in the dates, like years not months or the dates are very current as in maybe it says charge off date 6/2010, I would leave them alone.
