Wells Fargo BK card, after 1 year

Wells Fargo offers a secured card for $18 yearly fee and 18.9  percent interest rate that it advertises to rebuild credit. Your filing or discharge, don't remember which, has to be a year old to apply. The information is on the  bank's Web site.
