What is the "official" date of my chapter 13?

A lender asked if I had a bankruptcy within the past 7 years. I filed Chapter 13 in Sept 2009, discharged in April 2014. Is the answer yes or no? Is it based on filing date or discharge date? Thanks!

Not really sure of the anser to your question but....Is it showing on your CR. Why not just let the lender know when it was filed and when it was discharged. No need to start of on the wrong foot....good luck!!
