Working for you is your fairly good Fico score (assuming itsa Fico score and not a Credit Karma or other score), working against you is a 1 month old bankrupcy. You can try for the BoA secure card now and it'll convert at some point to a regular BoA bank card, but frankly given you have $3k in available credit, I don't see why there is a rush to add it "now" - assuming you get approved.. Perhaps those that have used secure cards from BoA and other quality lenders can advise you better than I can on the short and long term process.
