How about Penfed, Pentagon Federal CU? They're a pretty good credit union to work with.

I have a Penfed savings, would you suggest applying for a secure loan. I'm also going to try SDFCU once I have some extra cash to throw into that. Thank you so much for any and all suggestions!

I have accounts at Penfed, they don't seem to offer secured loans, only unsecured, and it's too soon after your BK for that. But good you have savings with them, when you get your scores up & some distance between you and BK discharge they may be helpful in credit cards or unsecured personal loans.
