Oh and depending on the creditor, they most likely already received notice of your filing via the EBN (electronic bankruptcy notification) system that every major creditor uses. Your attorney sending a letter should be sufficient if they are unaware of the filing, though. Especially if it is a no-asset Chapter 7 case and the debt you forgot to list is unsecured. As long as the debt existed prior to filing (unless its a high amount within the past 90 days before filing...then the creditor might object..but that is a totally different story), it will be discharged along with the rest of your debts.
