I have searched high and low trying to find Capital One's BK department information. I would appreciate it if someone could give me their physical address and their fax number. I cant seem to locate this anywhere. Thanks

Why not contact customer service?  They should be delighted to transfer you to that department if it exist.

I filed Cap1 in my bk. On the certificate of notice, notice was sent to Capital 1 Bank c/o TSYS Debt Management P. O. Box 5155 Norcross, GA 300091-5155. Please research this since the info may not apply to you and/or your situation.
