dismissed bankruptcy

My chapter 13 bankruptcy was dismissed in 2001.  Transunion and Experian dropped the C13 from my report this year, however, Equifax refuses to drop it until 2011.  I thought that this was true for C7 and C11.  Any suggestions on this topic will be greatly appreciated.

it should drop in 2008 or 7 years from filing date.  I would dispute it in writing and also note the FCRA rules that state 7 years for a chapter 13 and make them fix it.

A "dismissed" Ch 13 BK stays on for 10 years. A "discharged" Ch 13 BK stays on for 7 years. So, if it was actually dismissed, EQ is reporting the correct removal date as 2011.
