Once my chapter 7 is discharged and the court sends them notices (verizon and sprint) will I be able to open an new account with sprint and verizon or am I forbinded by them?
It is hard to say but my DH filed Chapter 7 while he had his sprint account and they didn't close his account, they simply wiped away his current bill and he is maintaining a relationship with them. Pretty interesting and we were shocked.

I used to work for T-Mobile and they did a very similar thing. They would change the account to no contract and wipe the charges from the account. After d/c you could re-apply and be moved into whatever credit class you were approved for at that point.
There's no way to say, but I'd be surprised if Sprint would blacklist. Verizon might, but I have no experience with them.
