I have merrick listed on exp as iibk and chargeoff. this account was not charged off prior to my bk. I disputed this with experian and it was temp corrected and today bam the chargeoff notation is back.

when i tried to dispute this again experian refused stating that it had verifed this information and would

do nothing else about it. my tu and ex are reported correctly. How do i get this removed or corrected

when exp wont look at it anymore?

I do believe that you can dispute the same account problem up to three times. After that if it still does not work then you can add a consumer statement to your credit file with the bureaus.
