In 1997 we filed bankruptcy for the 2nd time. The 1 st one did absoulutly nothing turns out my lawyer split town. oh well Both my husband and I had IRS liens on our records. These were dismissed in the 1997 bankruptcy. My husbands liens came of his credit report my mine are still there and they are the exact same ones. How do I fix this.
