late and missed payments

there seems to be a double whammy affect re: bk and late or missed payments. i filed chap 13 in 3/2006. prior to the filing, i was 30 days late on only one account. it looks on the credit report as if every account in the bankruptcy is also listed as delinquent. is this currently impacting my fico. can it be cleaned up or does it need to be?

the accounts should say WEP (wage earner plan) or IIB.  Dispute the information.  But I have disputed and have accounts still showing the past due payments so am waiting to see if my discharge changes the past due amounts to zero (as it should be)

i was told on my ch7 all cl should show iib and a zero balance if not dispute them but yes you have the bk under public record and then the cl shows also but on my ch 7 like i said i was told iib and zero balance
