We are about 12 months into on our 5 years chap 13.. we're divorced since. reason for filed chap 13 (IRS debts, house and a car)
can i hired another attorney to discontinue with my chap 13 and yes still keep the house? i dont mind losing the car and willing to pay back IRS.
