question about "negative information" posted after bk discharge

I had a BK chapter 7 filed in dec 09 where the debt was discharged in March 2010.  My American Express card was included in this discharge. I notice that I have negative information posted to my credit reports from AMEX on June of 2010. Can a credit card company post a negative after a discharge? Can i successfully dispute this?

Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks!

No they can't! Print out copies of the negative info. Write a dispute letter and send copies of the discharge info along with documentation showing AMEX IIB to EQ, TU, and EX. send them certified and document any conversations along with date and times. Keep any and all responses. If that doesn't work hire an attorney!
