re-apply for CCs that were closed in BK with zero balance?

Should I try to re-apply for CCs that were closed in BK with zero balance?

Example:

I had a emergency card from FNBO with a $10k CL that never was never used and was closed due to BK.  I was hoping to keep it through the BK but they closed it.

Does it make sense in any way to reapply for the same card?  Since I had good history with them?

I did that with American Express and got a decline.  I did get an American Express after 6 years later.
