Yes I had the AMEX Gold and upgraded to the Platinum with them and pay off in full every month. There was no HP on any of my reports, but I'm not sure if that's because it's a Business card.

Congrats on upgrading to Platinum ! There shouldn't be any HP for upgrading any of your AMEX cards. If you had applied, odds are that you wouldn't get a HP either, most people report they're only SP'd for a new account ( personal or biz ), although in borderline cases AMEX may still do a HP.
