I don’t really know the answer to your question but I’ve seen others go far beyond the 35k IV threshold on business cards. Hopefully someone will come along and answer your question.
Just remember you’re only eligible for a CLI every 180 days across all cards. It’s not 61 days after opening a card unless the full account is also eligible. The 61 days only works with the first CLI across all cards.
