I need another AMEX AF like I need another hole in my head! I have the personal version and use it pretty much exclusively for Marriott stays...I have other cards to use outside of Marriott hotel stays. With all the news about the potential hefty increase in the personal AF and losing the $300 credit in lieu of a potential monthly restaurant credit, I pulled the trigger on the business version. Figured I would use it...get the bonus and can decide to get rid of the personal if I like in the future. Great sub right now...125,000 points for $5K in 90 days and my SL was $10,000. This is my 4th business card with them. I've been an AMEX member over 30 years. The approval was SP.

Congrattts! I'm new to Amex- since last March with personal BCP and Delt plat... just picked up business plat and gold. I really like Amex.

Congrats! P2 has both this and the Brilliant as well, approximately 1 year on them both. He typically uses the biz card more regardless, due to the better additional categories, but given the recent changes it's possible he will drop the Brilliant next year (since they just hit 1 year, he was able to use the Brilliant's Marriott credit before it switches over to the monthly restaurant version next month, so it's a decision for next year, not this year), especially with the recent 7% discount on the biz card!
