I was happy to be approved but the CL is very low (can spend over the limit so no major issue). How long before I should ask for a CLI?

Same CLI rules apply to AMEX business cards as they do to personal cards. You may try your first CLI attempt 61 days from account approval. Request 3x your current CL.

Yes, as @Anonymous mentioned the rules for CLIs with AMEX apply to both personal and business cards. You can request an increase for a biz/personal card you opened 61 days after approval with the assumption you did NOT already request a CLI on another AMEX card you already have. At that point the 91/181 day rules apply: 91 days if your request is declined, 181 days if approved. AMEX considers all your cards one account and allows only one increase per account.
