Agonizing sans club business credit app process

What an ordeal. Got the plus membership since its a good deal with free shipping. Girl took app over tablet and was pending. Called symphony and that's where it derailed. Got some who transferred to someone. Handed phone over and got someone who you could tell was in his living room working. Couldn't figure it out so transferred me to an account manager. 15 mins later on hold told me 7-10 days after it needing further review.

 

granted just got Amazon 5k CL on corp acct so maybe to soon with symphony but what a pain of a process.

Let us know what happens after you receive the Synchrony letter ?

 

I am considering getting a Sams Club business MC or SC since I just got a free membership and a Cap 1 Walmart Community business Net 30 card that can be used at Sams....

Sync and Sams for some reason has to be the worst product they back as far as processing and understanding.

The information has to match perfectly between corporate info and the membership info.

Once decided there is no going back even if was an error by the agent.

If you get pending... walk away! I have numbers direct I can give you... typically the sams employees don't understand the business side very well and they are not provided special numbers so they hold like the rest of us if calling standard number.

Yeah the girl was super patient at Sam's just the synchrony folks who dropped the ball. The community card covers me at Sam's but more or less wanted this one as well. Over 80 Experian intelliscore so figured safe. Will see.

Synchrony highs and lows. Lowe’s and Sam’s Club

Filled out a commercial acct for lowes and got a reference number other day. Called them today and agent said was declined. 80 paused 5k with Amazon already but ok.. 

 

went to sams 2 weeks ago and spent an hour with 3 different agents and got no yes or no answer. Still haven't heard so figure call them. Very nice agent looked it up and said was approved for sans club MC with $8000 limit and card on way.

 

same bank 2 different sets of criteria. Synchrony is weird once you make good with them. Guess glad its a MC product vs sans only since I have the Wally community card for Wally and sams.

Congrats on the approval.

 

Did you confirm you are getting the Sam's business Mastercard or are you getting the store card ?

 

Yes, Synchrony for business credit can be more weird & picky than personal credit.

 

I was declined for their Phillips/76/Conoco fleet fuel card but was approved for the Amazon Prime Net 55. Smiley Indifferent

Thanks synchrony agent by phone looked it up and said sams club MC so just waiting on card to see for sure. Yeah odd experience but with a 8k SL I will take it.

Yeah still waiting on card. Agent did approved on 15th. Said to give till Monday 31st and call back for possible reissue. Guessing they can't expedite a new card

I swear card still never arrived called synchrony and spent 35 mins on hold with them to cancel and reissue a card. Then told they don't expedite and cannot ship to home address via one with issues before. Another 7-10 day waiting cycle begins.
