What an ordeal. Got the plus membership since its a good deal with free shipping. Girl took app over tablet and was pending. Called symphony and that's where it derailed. Got some who transferred to someone. Handed phone over and got someone who you could tell was in his living room working. Couldn't figure it out so transferred me to an account manager. 15 mins later on hold told me 7-10 days after it needing further review.
granted just got Amazon 5k CL on corp acct so maybe to soon with symphony but what a pain of a process.

Sync and Sams for some reason has to be the worst product they back as far as processing and understanding.
The information has to match perfectly between corporate info and the membership info.
Once decided there is no going back even if was an error by the agent.
If you get pending... walk away! I have numbers direct I can give you... typically the sams employees don't understand the business side very well and they are not provided special numbers so they hold like the rest of us if calling standard number.
Yeah the girl was super patient at Sam's just the synchrony folks who dropped the ball. The community card covers me at Sam's but more or less wanted this one as well. Over 80 Experian intelliscore so figured safe. Will see.
