Amex Blue Business Plus Credit Card - HP?

If i apply for this card, already being an AMEX customer (buiness gold charge and personal delta credit), am i likely to get a hard pull on my personal credit? 

Also, if i'm approved for this card, does it report to BOTH business AND personal credit bureaus or just Business or just Personal?

1) Yes, odds are likely it will only be a SP for the application. Not a 100% guarantee but smart money is you won't get a HP.

2) All AMEX business accounts report to just business. Only if you default on your business cards does it report to personal

I took the plunge and got approved for $3900 (weird number). 

No HP alert so i think I'm safe there.
