Last year, DW got a $200 retention credit and 30k MR points to renew her Amex Business platinum which had been open for 4 years.
She just renewed again and called about retention offers and they gave her a credit for the full AF of $595 for the next year. So looks like they are upping their generous retention offers. Basically paying us to keep the card.
