Amex Platinum Approval

Just was approved for the Platinum Amex in seasoned LLC, which is in the class of a "real estate asset management" entity.  Formed in 2017.  FICO is just above 700.  Have one personal card, the Hilton Amex.  I fully expected a denial.  Whoooo.

It is a Amex Business Platinum, @GZG : on the business side, we have a TD Bank card, a Capital One Spark and a Sam's Club business MC.
Now we have another old LLC that I will focus on, and see what we can do with that one.

Congrats. Enjoy the 1.5x on building materials and anything $5k or over. You might also consider the Lowes Amex eventually if you shop there a lot.

That is a benefit I didn't know about, those building materials.  Yay!

Thanks @wasCB14 for letting me know.  I have a great line of personal credit at Home Depot, and am learning here about moving to business credit.  The Lowe's for Pros would be so helpful for my next remodel job.

I've never bothered with any HD credit since the business can PIF and AFAIK there are no rewards, only special financing. The Lowes card is good since 5% off and 2% back is about 6.9% back. But the building materials category is quite broad, and nice when the thing you want is only sold by some specialty online retailer.
