I'll answer cuz I think it's a friend or neighbor and it's Kayla calling about my Penelec bill (not w/ Penelec) or Jaime with Allstate about my vehicle insurance policy lapsing (not w/ Allstate) "Oh, so who is your provider?" Lady, that's need to know information. Now next time I'm bored I'll call Penelec/Allstate and ask them about my "account" and why they're calling me lol
