Amex is out of this world (SimplyCash Plus)

It boggles my mind how much credit Amex is whiling to extend to me, the card has a $50K limit but I often get approved for $150K spending!

If you put 150k on the card you would be at over 100 percent total utilization. Probably destroy your FICO score. Plus your AMEX minimum payment would be 100k.

Remember, Amex business card don't report, so utilization doesn't report.

 

I've exceeded 100% utilization on my BBP without any problems.

Spend: BofA PR + WWFCR, BBP, Schwab Platinum, CFF+CF, Costco, Discover
Perks: IHG49, Hyatt75, Delta Platinum, "Old" SPG95
SD/AAoA Ballast: Arrival, CFU, DC
Upgrade/downgrade games: BCE, EDP
SUB: JetBlue, Amex Platinum
Mostly earning MRs and cash back as I use up hotel and airline points spread across several programs.

It really varies every month, the max was $45K, but the avg is $3k-5k.

Gotta love em. I got the same card with a 22.5k sl back in May. Ive put 100k through it already. It's like the credit limit is just for show...
