Last tym I asked the same question and only one person answered but I wanna know more opinions...

No I've never had a review but you should NOT do it; it would be a violation of your contract.

Thank you very much...

Thanks for the reply. I am planning to use my Chase Ink Cash and US bank Triple Connect business cards. Both these accounts opened just 2-3 months ago , and I never have any prior history with them either.

I do have so many personal and business cards...many of them offer % APR  including Anex Gold... However, the only reason I am thinking to use above said cards because I need to have big spending to avail the bonus... and suddenly wedding came up in the family... So, I thought there is no better chance than this one to do required spending especially when time is running out...But on the other hand, I dont wanna get my accounts shut down because of buying jewerly on  business cards...

Its about the scale of what you are trying to purchase.

$250 is peanuts.

$2500 is a bag of peanuts

$25000 you will definitely be called by Chase/US Bank under the pretence it may be fraud.

That would be more my concern than putting indivdual expenses per say on a business card. The real reason to get a business card is to avoid having business expenses flood up your personal credit. It is to help you and there is no way to pick apart the crossvoer categories on gas or dining.

Where I think you can get into the trouble is if you are writing off the jewerly or other personal expense as a business expense as a tax deduction. Depending on your business it may be tough to get tax deductable value out of it. I know that I am so tax optimized myself I don't even think I can get a write off for my business loan, let alone for a personal expense.

I can say when I was trying to make my SUB for my second Ink card that it was coming right down to the wire. To make it happen I purchased $1500 in materials in advance, most of which I used in the week after the SUB hit. Part of your problem it seems is you are trying to make the SUB on two cards which is more difficult to juggle. Sometimes I've gotten stuck with a second card thinking the first one might not come through.

I honestly couldn't understand most part of your above posting as it seems to technical to me. However, I appreciate your efforts in helping me out. About the tax consequences, then I am not worried about the tax consequences as there wouldn't be any to file this time as no revenue at this time at all...but again, I wanna focus on the questions at hand than tax stuffs.

My only concern/worry was/is- if these banks (Chase, Amex, US bank, Elan's Financial and other big players) would place my business accounts up for review if I would ever purchase Gold (to be specific) thru online outlets like Amazon/ebay or even in person at local jewelry stores...in the amount from $2k to $7k? I dont care about tax consequences or talking point of separating business expenses from personal expenses, etc..etc..I just dont want any review nor shutdown of my accounts...that's all. Do you guys know how to justify (or tell them what) about buying jewelry on a business card if ever my accounts were go to review??
