Applied for AMEX Plum.. app doesn't show on app status site?
I applied for the American Express Plum card for my dog grooming business 4 days ago. I was sent an email confirmation stating they received my app, with the app ID # and that it was being reviewed and they'd get in touch with me etc. I've received this message before with my personal accounts with AMEX and I had to call new accounts. So, I called new accounts and they said it was being reviewed, I'd hear back in 24-72 hours. The confusing part is, the app doesn't show on the app status site. The personal app I did for the PRG does show there from last month. Also, I have not seen a pull on my Experian yet. Any idea?
