Did you have to do a PG?

I never PG, especially not for a Net account. I just wanted an in with Synchrony and Net accounts were the way to go.

So now I have a question. If you want the revolving later can you upgrade to it or do you need to reapply?

For a revolving, you will need to re-apply.
