When I applied I called in. They did need my SS to verify me. I had to give a deposit of $200 for a CL of $600 because my business was so new. After I processed the $200. they sent an email with a form asking for permission to run my SS. I said I didn't want to add another HP. Two days later got an email sad I was approved. I would just call them to process it over the phone. Good luck
