Just got off the phone with them as well. Phew! I thought their policy had changed on corportate reporting or worst- identity theft! They told me the same thing: it's a known issue & this should be corrected by next billing cycle.

Is this what a post-CFPB landscape looks like? Jeez.
Yep. So many businesses have not yet recovered from covid and the relentless natural disasters. Compounded with these types of stunts and upcoming economic issues, it's about to get real painful. I recall an old jingle each time there's breaking news, "you asked for it, you got it, toyota!"
At this point I basically mirror Arthur in "Forget Paris" (1995)
Today I got another alert! A 3rd chase ink card reported. This time is was a premier card but showed credit limit as ($2k) which is false and a statement balance of $8k and on my report showing 400% over credit limit. Dropped from high 700s to now 550. Called Chase again and they said it may take up to 30 days to fix! Crazy!!?
Per comments on a similar thread on DOC, this problem is ongoing. (I sorted from new.) There are more reports that the cards are being reported inaccurately:
-150K CL-reported as 30K-OTL.
-Business Premier 204K CL reported as 30K.
-70K CL-reported as 14K-OTL.
Also reports of affecting cobranded cards, Southwest and United, as well. So it's not just the little guys carrying high balances or sole props. Gotta say this is a total clusterf***!! The more they try to spin the damages, folks ae beginning to research & report their own experiences. At this point they need to Stop Reporting until resolved! And to think I had been contemplating Chase biz cards, no mas! All banks make mistakes, it's the way this has been handled that bothers me. I'll just stick with my Chase Amazon and be done with it.
UPDATE: As of this AM - 3/09, my ink card was removed from my Experian report. No change on TU or EQ yet.
Same here. The ink card got reported on 03/04 and removed on 03/09 --> 5 days of horror
Same
It looks like my Experian credit report is back to normal as of yesterday. Score back to normal. But the error is still present on my TransUnion and Equifax credit reports. I hope this takes 5 business days instead of an entire cycle.
Update: checked my EQ and TU this morning and my CIP is gone from both. Phew. Hopefully this "glitch" doesn't happen again!
All of my scores are back to normal as well. Yeah, I also hope this never happens again.
Ink+ didn't hit my reports, statement date was 3/8
