Best Business Gas Card with either MC or Visa allowed expenses No PG?

Applied for the Fuelman Fleetcard MC but the application requires SS#. Wanted to know if there were any others available that don't require SS#?

I strongly suggest you avoid FLEETCOR. They've been under so much litigation for overcharging small businesses with bogus credit risk fees, etc, etc. They have also been sued by the United States Government.

Dealing with them was an absolute nightmare for me and others on the forums.

In general, I don't see the value in corporate Gas Cards specifically unless you're buying 10,000+ gallons a month.

Can you share more about what you're trying to accomplish? Maybe the forums can help direct you with more information.

Most credit products are not going to offer NO PG unless you're a multi million dollar company.

The only no PG card I can think of is the Sams Club Business Mastercard.

Also, the vast majority of apps are going to request a SS# to comply with federal money laundering/KYC laws

Re: Best Business Gas Card with either MC or Visa allowed expenses No PG?

Thanks for the heads up on Fleetcor.

I need more tradelines I will actually use. I have other accounts I've been approved for but most of them I really don't need any items from so I'm just ordering things I don't need to build business credit. Ex. Quill, Uline, New Egg, Grainger, JJ Gold, Fidextech, etc. Most won't report a purchase under $100. I can spend that easily on Gas.
Visa or MC is a plus if offered. No issues providing SS# as long as no credit pull.

I had another post on Sams asking what their credit requirements were and who they pull but haven't heard back.

Syncrony isn't clear on all of their credit requirements. My suggestion is if you have a paydex score, FI score, and a Experian Business Credit Score and have been open for business for a couple years, just apply in store and see how it goes. (Make sure it's the business app.) There's no harm in applying. Business inquiries are not the same as personal ones.

Their no PG card does not pull from Personal EX, EQ or TU if approved you'll either get their MC or the Store Card. If you're only approved for the store card you can go back later and reapply (I would suggest 6 months- 1year.)

I pay for EX Business credit monitoring from Experian and I didn't get any kind of alerts that they pulled that report. They do ask for your D&B number on the app, but it is optional. I suggest adding it anyways.
